RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
Returns / Replacements are offered against damaged, defective or wrongly delivered products only. Our customers can connect with us directly within three days of delivery via email support@morcote00.com or our customer support number +91-744-733-1888. Only unused products qualify for returns. Return requests will take 5-7 working days for approval. A return pickup will be arranged after confirmation. Once product is picked up, a replacement will be initiated at the earliest. Replacements may take up to 15 days for completion. No additional charge applicable for return shipping.
